Job description

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt support via live chat, email, and phone for inquiries related to accounts, payments, and games.

Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and disputes, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

Account Management: Assist with account creation, verification, and updates, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of Baltent's products and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with technical teams as needed.

Customer Retention: Promote retention through personalized recommendations and promotions.

Documentation: Accurately document interactions and issues in the CRM system.

Compliance and Security: Follow company policies and industry regulations to protect customer data.

Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
