Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in civil or construction engineering.
- Practical construction experience.
- BIS Certificate or willingness to obtain it.
- Strong computer and document management skills.
- Familiarity with ACAD (DWG) or similar construction project software.
- Language skills: Fluency in Latvian, plus good English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and manage the BIS Construction Portal and related documents.
- Handle practical, on-site engineering work, preferably in metal and wood construction.
- Oversee and assist in the construction process including new projects and minor renovations.
- Coordinate with qualified personnel, assistants, and students where applicable.
- Ensure all documents are properly prepared and submitted.
- Collaborate with the internal team and external stakeholders.
- Organize and control of Subcontractors work
- Support projects in Latvia.
- Work with ACAD (DWG) software and other project tools.
- Project transfer to private Customers and state authorities
