Qualifications, skills, and competencies:
- Good knowledge of English is required for the job (at least B2 level in accordance with the Council of Europe's Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);
- Higher education or professional experience relevant to the job;
- Effective communication skills;
- Previous experience within live operations in iGaming;
- Average computer literacy skills;
- Willingness to learn and be involved in personal development;
- "People-first" attitude, professionalism and patience, ability to manage and contribute to multiple tasks simultaneously, high accuracy and a sense of responsibility in daily work;
- A consistently sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in running day-to-day operations of Proxy Live Solutions Live Gaming Studio;
- Ensure that Proxy Live Solutions service is fully operational without interruptions/issues;
- Ensure game results are completed and processed according to correct procedures;
- Supervise the integrity of the games;
- Identify, analyze, log, resolve, and escalate all incidents as necessary;
- Assist with handling cards and other studio equipment as necessary;
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the Service Management processes;
- Work according to the schedule, including work during different types of shifts, according to the business needs.
